![]() ![]() This section is very much relevant to higher management as well as other people outside of your scrum team. ![]() No sprint walks alone because it is based on the overall program your project is running for therefore not is important to mention what risks or issues you foresee at this time in your project. This is another important section which is missed by many scrum masters in their sprint end reports. 1.2.4 Issues and Risks to Overall Program Basically this section covers the sprint retrospection minutes and actions derived from this sprint end ceremony. What went well and what not so well will be in this section. You should always mention the reason why and the impact these have on decreasing the overall velocity. This section will have the Id numbers and the description of the stories which could not get completed. Report should have the sprint highlights which gives a view on what was done during the sprint, including how many stories completed, story points covered and what team actually committed during the planning.You may also mention if some important pieces from the overall program which got started or completed.Anything else relevant during the sprint can form part of this section.
